What if I don't want to pay for delivery?

We strive to price our delivery such that it's more cost effective for you to pay us to bring to you than for you to drive to us. We don't currently offer pick-up, but we may implement this option in the future!

How do I change the size I receive each week?

Click the "Manage Subscription" tab above, enter the email linked to your subscription, follow the link to your subscription management page, once you add the new product size or variation to your subscription, you will have the option to remove your old product.

It says shipping not available and order cannot be processed?

We currently offer delivery within a 15 mile radius of the farm, and you live a little too far away. Send us an email at support@uprootfarming.com and let us know that you'd like us to add distance to our delivery route!

Do I need to wash my microgreens?

We don't wash any of our microgreens, but you may wash them if you like. If you decide to wash, we recommend only washing what you need just before use.

How do I keep my microgreens fresh?

Always keep them refrigerated and in an air-tight container. Wipe any condensation that forms on the lid.

How long will my microgreens last?

Our greens last multiple weeks when stored properly. With weekly deliveries, you'll never have to worry, and you'll always have the freshest greens.
